 The facts which face the Negotiating delegation

  1-The delegation of al-Riyadh is not the only whom represent the Syrian or the opposition.

  2-What is going on is not negotiation but discussion as the UN representation said … that mean no matter for negotiate.

  3-There is no mention to transitional authority, Al -Assad will remain officially as the president by ignoring anything about him.

  4-There is no cease fire before the accepting from the booth delegations, then the war will continue against the fanatic groups, the classification not neutral. So no mention to the regime and the militias of Iran.

5-The humanitarian issues exist in theory, but practically for 5 years is handicapped, no new about commitment to implement it … the matter of breaking the sage and the matter of detainees is still unclear.

6-There is totally ignorance to the justice (local and international) … especially the crimes of war

   7-In opposite to what is saying, there is no practical assurance about the humanitarian issues.

   8-The advice which we heard from friend’s diplomats to ask the will of Russia, because USA gives it the license to role Syria and implement the solution by forces.

9-Russia became occupier without bearing responsibilities, the Geneva process will give legality to the occupation. Without need to respect the international convention about the war and occupation.

10-The convention between Al- Assad and Russia, must have the approval from the opposition also form Geneva delegations, that is the aim of Geneva process.

11-Our recommendation to explain all this matters and announce Syria under occupation of Russia, so obliged it to pear all the responsibilities about Syria as a state and the Syrians under Geneva agreements, then withdraw from this negotiation.
