Archived: Ghassan Aboud, Receives Special Recognition for Syrian Achievement by Arab Media Festival

Ghassan Aboud, founder and owner of Orient TV Syria’s most widely watched international TV station, received special recognition today by the Minister of Information H.E  Mohammad Al-Momani on behalf of the Prime Minister H.E Abdullah Ensour during the Arab Media festival in Amman Jordan.

Mr. Ghassan Aboud thanked the Minister of Information and the Jordanian government for their support and hospitality. The award was presented in recognition of Mr. Aboud’s achievement as the leading Syrian media figure and the role Orient TV continues to play in the coverage of Syrian and Arab current affairs.

Orient TV will host a panel during the two day festival on the role and challenges of media during wartime.
